I earned a Master of Science degree in Physics with a Chemistry minor at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. I have spent many years tutoring in the math and science subjects of Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Physics. I've worked with students from elementary level to AP classes to test preparation. When I tutor, I break down problems into sets of small questions. This allows the student to be able to answer as well as understand the concept and process of finding each answer. I have found this is a unique style that works well with my students. My tutoring is very popular, and I have full sessions each semester. I enjoy watching a student grasp a concept and show pride in understanding the problem. Often they get excited as well as the problem usually seemed impossible to them at first. In my free time I enjoy reading about science discoveries, watching comedy and action movies, and spending time with my family.
