I'm currently attending Maryvale University to study psychology and sociology. After graduation I will be attending graduate school to study forensic psychology. I love helping others, and I believe the tutoring works best when it is based on the student's individual learning style and needs. I adapt my approach to help students learn in the most effective way possible. My tutoring specialty is test taking techniques and strategies to prepare for the ACT, but I also enjoy helping students with other topics, primarily sciences and language arts. I worked with everyone from elementary school students to high school students, and I work with students who were struggling and with those who already excel and want an extra boost. It's enjoyable to help students understand topics they've had difficulty with. I am looking forward to helping students learn ACT prep skills, chemistry, literature, Spanish, biology, psychology, physiology, anatomy, English, reading, writing, and more. When I have free time, I enjoy volleyball, hiking, kickboxing, hockey, rugby, cooking, and riding roller coasters.
